My Number One

I’ve reached a conclusion
That will help me avoid an illusion

You see I’ve been searching for someone to complete me
When all I need is for some one to compliment me
And to understand me,
You may need to take a look at way back when
Long before I committed my first sin…
To cut it short I’ll start with who I’ll call number ten
You see w/ him I couldn’t win
He was the one who first told me to wait
But I couldn’t escape
This desire to meet my fate
So as I’d soon fine
I met whom I’ll call number nine…
The sex was great
But it didn’t stop me from testing the 1 who was number eight
Realizing it was more than just physical – I surpassed cloud nine
I was in heaven
Until, I accidentally “slipped and fell in bed” with number seven
After seeing what I’ve done they both told me to kick rocks
They both tossed me out in a state of shock
But that didn’t stop
Me from trying to get some hits
Which is how I ran into Mr. Six
Who was controlling yet I didn’t find much better picks
Soon I felt as if I couldn’t survive
And decided to spread my legs for number five
It was all live
Until he told me no more
So, feeling a little sore
I found comfort in number four
But to avoid feeling like a whore
I tried to look with in and see
My inner beauty
Which was enforced by we –
me and number three
But I mean, honestly…
Who ignores horrid actions for inner beauty?
Do you?
Neither did number two!
Who just didn’t know what to do
When I told him the truth
Of all that I had done
Just when I thought I had won
A man that would be my only one
I realized I need a replacement
For I was caught in a predicament
Which left me a little bent
Torn to see
That my number one
Had been always looking back at me
I had wasted my time
Playing with my set of numbers 10 -2 and none where mine
Except those eyes – divine
Reflecting a whole dime….
