Flask and Pen is dedicated to providing our readers with a variety of works from which to enjoy each week. Our goal is to create an inviting literary community that sparks thought, discussion, and interest in an entertaining fashion.

Each week, our contributors examine our world through essays, stories, and poetry.

Each month we invite our readers to write on a topic selected by our staff. The topic may be a single word such as Sunrise, while at other times it may be a phrase such as New Adventures.

Our contributors and readers are extremely diverse and hail from all walks of life creating a wonderful mix of opinions, styles, and interests for all to enjoy.
